Family sessions with me are relaxed and unhurried. We’ll get the classic everyone-looking portrait for Grandma, and then we’ll play — walks through the field, piggyback rides, a tickle fight or two. That’s where the photos you’ll love most come from.
I photograph families of every size: new parents, growing families, siblings, multiple generations, and maternity sessions. Sessions take place at beaches, farms, fields, and wooded trails around East Bridgewater and the South Shore.

Family session questions
What’s the best time of year for family photos?
Late summer and fall are the most popular on the South Shore — warm evening light and changing leaves. Spring blossoms and summer beach sessions are beautiful too. Evenings around golden hour give the softest, most flattering light.
My kids won’t sit still. Is that okay?
Completely! I keep sessions playful and moving, with simple games and prompts that bring out real giggles. Some of the best family images happen in between the posed shots.
Do you photograph extended family and grandparents?
Yes — cousins, grandparents, and full extended-family groups are welcome. Let me know how many people are coming so we can plan the right amount of time.
Do you offer maternity sessions?
Yes. Maternity sessions are usually best between about 28 and 34 weeks, and sunset by the water or in a field is a favorite setting.
What should we wear?
Coordinate rather than match: pick two or three colors that work together and mix in soft textures. Avoid big logos and neon. I’m always happy to look at outfit options before your session.
How do we receive our photos?
Your fully edited images are delivered in a private online gallery where you can download, share with family, and order prints.
